30 Day Challenge
Participants in a 30 day challenge dedicate themselves to practice yoga every day for 30 consecutive days. A 30 day challenge is a great way to unfold the benefits of yoga at a more rapid rate. The benefits are stretching, strengthening and elongating the spine for proper alignment of the vertebrae. The breathing techniques used and the relaxation involved help lower blood pressure, increase cardiovascular health, increase lung capacity, release tension and help us to deal with everyday stress. As a bonus, people who complete the challenge will get a small get together where we will be drawing for prizes.
When doing a 30 day challenge there are some things to be aware of: Most importantly listen to your body, respond to its signals and become body aware.
: Pace yourself
: Take savasana before and after class for at least 5 minutes.
: Stay hydrated
: Replenish your electrolytes
: Get lots of sleep
: Have fun and be patient-we all have good days and bad days.
You can take any class at our studio at any time. If you have to miss a day, you can double up but only 4 times. When signing up at the front desk we will give you an information package so that you have all the info you need to have a successful 30 day challenge.
